Trying to understand the thinking of politically correct friends and acquaintances

 As much as I try to understand my politically correct friends, and as much as I understand the concept of doublethink and doublespeak, I will be forever baffled and amazed at the machinations liberal feminist women, (and men,) must force themselves through to defend Islam – given that it is the most violent and misogynistic religion and ideology on the planet and perhaps in all history. The evidence of that misogyny screams at us every day on every news channel and in every newspaper – yet these politically correct women and “men” assiduously ignore it.

How can they deny it? But yet they do.

I ask myself if it is in defence of the underdog – which is an admiral feminine (and western) trait – but surely they would wish to defend the person at the absolute bottom of this heap – and that would have to be the Muslim woman – the women - not the ideology and not the men who subjugate women as part of this loathsome ideology, and who defend their right to do that all over every discussion forum world-wide.

I ask myself if it is because they (western women,) see a brighter future for mankind and civilisation as a result of the rise of Islam. But how can that be if they recognise the facts of JUST the paragraphs above?

I ask myself if it is just part of the western ethos of tolerance and understanding of other people and other cultures. But how can that be when all the evidence shows that Islam is backward and becoming more so as it rises to power and prominence? How can that potential future coexist with the “western” ethos of tolerance – when Islam barely tolerates its women and girls – not to mention other slightly differing Islamic ideologies who they attack and kill every day in the most disgusting ways? And don’t even think about what they say about us.

How can today’s western women – with all the “freedoms” they rightfully fought for here in the West, not campaign for the same freedoms for women of other cultures? How can that be? Is their support for leftist and radical views more important than the freedoms and safety of other women and girls in less fortunate countries? Or perhaps it is all bound up in the political “emotion” of established dogma and belief.

But seriously - what kind or morality allows them to do that?

And a bit of history: back before the collapse of the Soviet Union people went through all kinds of deadly dangers and privations to escape the oppressive communist system. The Soviet Union fell and even their leaders came out and offered proof that all the so-called “western propagated myths” about communism that we believed in the West were TRUE - and they provided PROOF. DOCUMENTARY PROOF. So there had been a dangerous exodus of people who fled privation and injustice under Communism to where?

The WEST!

So now in this age we have another exodus going on and the people fleeing number in the millions - and they are risking their lives and drowning EVERY day – and from what or where are they fleeing?  The Middle East, Africa, Indonesia etcetera etcetera. Who are they and where are they fleeing to?

They are mostly Muslims and they are fleeing to the WEST! The WEST - and to a better life we are told – and much to the amazement of people like me - when they get here they want us to change our society to suit them – and recreate the society they fled from.

So - a “better life?” Really? Where?  In the WEST – HERE – You got it - a place where we can sit in peace with a coffee and a bun and be keyboard warriors – while all feeling our freedoms and privacy are impinged daily and we have the freedom to bitch about it on the net in semi public forums.  And what do these countries they flee from have in common?

ISLAM!

And still millions of foolish Westerners do not have the whit to see the connection and the reality – and in any debate on the subject of Islam they sink back to well practiced slogans, platitudes, clichés and nonsense – and their most valuable and most resorted to weapon of debate – the scoff.

There is another kind of forum on this Facebook  - probably the most predominant - and it starts with a comment like this:

“Nothing like dropping a box of cotton buds and having to put them back in the box one by one -.- haha  - .”

I bet the likes of Russell Brand would have plenty to offer that debate. 

The politically correct rule the world

The politically correct rule the world. They have made a whole raft of things that ordinary folk once felt free to talk about – taboo. They talk about our freedom of speech – but they have already destroyed it. They pretend to speak from the lofty heights of some moral high ground about issues like racism in our society – while they condone mass murder from other races and cultures they invite into our midst. They make us different than – but as bad as the Nazis.

We need to fight back before we plunge into a new age of darkness.

How do you deal with your politically correct friends and family?

So here’s the thing people, the blind elephant in rooms all across the civilised world.

We need to talk about it.

We all know that some of our family and friends are very uncomfortable with the truth about Islam. But we know of course that they are in fact well-meaning people – people we would call good and ordinary, trustworthy decent citizens. They want to believe the best of others no matter who they are or where they are from.  They look for the good in people and it is ingrained in them to do that. That is an integral part of the tolerance we have developed in Western Society.

They are just trying to survive in the modern world, stay healthy, pay the mortgage, love their family, put food on the table and have a bit of a holiday from time to time. That’s reasonable of course – we all want that. They don’t want to hear about the bad stuff on the planet – because they can’t see it from their house. That may seem a bit simplistic but …  it is a fact. For them – a terrorist attack is a thing on TV -  a story they don’t want to read in the paper – something that the “ghouls” at work want to talk about but will be forgotten soon.  It is something that affects other people in another country. Oh they will get a bit upset if it comes to their country or their city – but they are sure it will sink into history in weeks at most. What of Islamic terrorism? In their world-view it has nothing to do with local “nice” Muslims - it’s the bad Muslims – the extremists – the radicals who do the bad stuff – in fact maybe they are not really Muslims at all because how could that be.

But there is a serious and confusing problem confronting us here. These friends of ours are making their judgment of Islam from their experience of the muslim shopkeeper down the road or the hijab wearing quiet woman in the public office, (who has her job as part of affirmative action.) They find it impossible to equate these “nice,” “peaceful,” people they meet on a more or less daily basis through the ordinary pleasantries of human interaction, with the global islamist ideology that has the widely declared, unobscured intention to destroy Western Civilisation. So that shopkeeper and that young woman are like a global social camouflage embedded in our society, who because of the crime of political correctness, can very effectively obscure the reality of the Islamic threat.  Those “nice” muslims are the cloaks of respectability over the depraved atrocities perpetrated in the name of their religion.

 We also know a lot of our friends and relatives don’t want to hear about it – they want to avert their gaze, turn a blind eye and give the whole business a pass. The problem is too big, too horrendous, too unbelievable, too crazy to come to terms with. So they react to those of us who do want to talk about it and make them aware – as part of the problem. They cannot understand why it is important to you.

Well - we can see what’s coming – so we are part of the problem.

We – the people who can actually see it clearly – who are trying to warn them - are part of the problem. We – are the crazy ones. The Islamic menace is growing right across the planet – can be seen clearly every day in all newspapers – on all TV News and when we say we have deep concerns – we are the crazy ones. But we are in good company. In the 1930s Winston Churchill was trying to warn the world about the rise of Nazism – and he was shouted down. Really – read the history.  It is classic “shoot the messenger” stuff.

The foolishness of our political correctness and ordinary human decency has played right into the hands of an ideology that is in fact more sinister, more insidious and more dangerous and inhumane that either Communism or Nazism.

So as I see it there are two really important issues here:

The first is how to make our politically correct and generally decent friends acquaintances and family see what is happening.

The other is what is going to happen with the nice Muslim shopkeeper.

You need an answer and I don’t think I have it – but this is what I think might help:

• ·      Inform yourself – know your subject – keep up with the latest – double check your facts.
• 
  
• ·      Connect with people who can help you to be effective.

• Don’t name call and insult other opinions. Just be calm and try to dismantle them in a constructive way.
• 
  
• ·      Get a few effective and undisputable slogans and use them (calmly) all the time.
• 
  
• ·      Don’t be crazy. Be polite to the people who try to shut you down because they can’t help it. They are reacting to their conditioning and they have a whole range of slogans developed over many years to fall back on.
• 
  
• ·      Don’t put yourself in a position where you are totally outnumbered because you can’t win and it will make them feel like winners when you are shut down. YOU - will look like a looser .
• 
  
• ·     Make sure that you check your facts before you tell them anything - because offering up something that is incorrect will just be the leak that lets all the air out of your argument.
• 
  
• ·      Be the sane one in the discussion. Of course you feel a sense of urgency – but you have to be more sane than sane. If they can label you as crazy they make you ineffectual.
• 
  
• ·      Hook up with the internet in a way that is not extremist.
• 
  
• ·      Never talk about doing violence because that will negate all the other bullet points.
• 
  
• ·      Never go and do them violence because that makes you no better than them.
• 
  
• ·      Don’t associate with crazies who cannot see the wisdom in these bullet points because you will be tarred with their brush.
• 
  
• NEVER give up

So what about that “nice” muslim? 

Ignore him. There is no point in getting into confrontations with him because in the modern day politically correct mindset – YOU WILL BE WRONG.

In the absence of an answer I will say this. Islam is growing in confidence and power every day. We know it and they know it (but our friends don't get it.). I believe they will act soon because they will not be able to contain themselves. When they do – the game will change so radically that a storm will sweep over the planet that will astound our good and decent friends. Be prepared – because they will beat a path to your door.

A letter to my brother - and others

Lester – You betray the arrogance of your opinion with one word. “Brazen.” You describe me standing behind my opinions as “brazen.” This is a term used on a schoolboy who defies the teacher, or a son who ignores a father. This is typical of leftist behaviour and thinking that leaves no room for other opinions to have validity. Left is always right and right is always wrong in your view. I of course, disagree and will of course continue to do so. I would tend to come down in the middle somewhere when given the chance to speak. I actually believe in the politics of common sense – not the politics of left or right ideology as it exists in our society - and I despise political correctness like a poison that tries to destroy my right to speak – and using the word “brazen” suggests I should shut up.

I am in fact unashamed of my opinions and will not retreat from them unless I see evidence to support another view – and just loudly decrying an opinion, my opinion - any opinion - doesn’t cut the mustard. As you know – I have dramatically changed my views about the USA – and in your defence (maybe) you in fact have moved considerably to the right in your opinions since you have been in business. (Funny that.) You still hold your extreme prejudice about the USA and that is fine with me – it is your view and you are entitled to it and I offer no effort to change it.

But to categorise me as someone who gets his opinions from Fox News is also arrogant and simplistic - and fails to take into account the fact that I do work to educate myself about the world - and I have been doing so for at least 50 years. I do it today by watching all news channels from Fox to aljazera – and needless to say I don’t believe much that comes out of the Middle east and the leftist media.

The thing about this is that rubbishing my opinions because of where you might think I got them is typical of the left - In the vacuum of a decent argument you all resort to name calling and the scoff. In the end - not valid.

I have watched the media morph from a group of organizations we could trust into a group of privately owned organizations that tailor their content to their target audience. The left seems to soak up their propaganda like the oxygen of stupidity and think that the rest of us can't see it.

I am always happy to debate the relative merits of these various news channels – but they need to be watched and their content discussed in real time – not anecdotally. I have to say that the style of Fox and RT are very similar even though their content is quite different. Personally I find people like Piers Morgan on CNN to be as politically correct and disingenuous as anyone I have ever seen on Fox – and the BBC is just a shadow of the news channel it used to be.

When I see (on BBC) David Cameron – apparently the prime minister of the once proud nation of Britain, announcing to an islamic conference that he wants to see muslims in positions of power and in cabinet and perhaps even prime minister of Britain – I realise that civilisation is in grave danger. Muslims declare every day that it will be their way or the highway and you know it. They regularly carry banners and placards that say that. Anyone who hasn't seen evidence of that are just not informed. If you have seen it and reduce it to something unimportant - you are (in my view) "disingenuous."

As for my opinions about obama and the USA – I think that the present administration of the USA is the most corrupt and dangerous in history - and THAT is my prerogative. . Not just because there is a good chance they might start WW3 – but because they seem to be more concerned to help the rise of islam than the preservation of the western democracies and the future of civilisation. I think the Americans were grovelling, sycophantic and pathetic to vote him in and their slogan really should have been, “If I don’t vote for the black guy does that mean I’m a racist?” People who don’t think the psychology bound up in that slogan is realistic are kidding themselves (in my view.)

For me – the vitally important issue that supersedes – supersedes – supersedes all others like so called global warming, American political and military stupidity, and the GFC - is the rise of Global radical and militaristic Islam – because when they are done there will be no room, energy, intellect or humanity to do anything about other issues facing civilisation. If we are stupid enough to let this cancer continue to grow like they did with Nazism in the thirties I KNOW there will be a global conflict like no other in history. (Read global – GLOBAL) – this is the fist time in human history when a vile and dangerous ideology has inserted itself in almost every country (civilised and uncivilised) on the planet with the stupidity and agreement of the compliant population.

The ONLY nations that have had the common sense to not allow this on their soil are China and Japan. I feel that they – and particularly China – will be the saviours of human civilisation – but it will be in their image and to suit their ideology - and if anyone had told me 5 years ago that I would say that I would have laughed them out of the park.

I will do what little I can EVERY DAY until I die to make people aware of the terrible threat they face.

That is MY JOB.

So today Lester – today – this day – October 10 2013, Obama came out and has reduced financial aid to Egypt. Now I for one wouldn’t give Egypt a kind smile – but in this instance it aids the Muslim brotherhood – EXACTLY as I predicted when Morsi was still in control. Obama’s policies have helped radical Islam to get well entrenched in all of sub Saharan Africa, in Libya, Tunisia, Egypt and now in Syria. His is the most dangerous and flawed foreign policy EVER from the USA. His leftist policies are helping to entrench islamists in the USA and the leftist loonies keep thinking up disingenuous (there’s that word) excuses for them that are designed to make all the bad things they do look like the fault of the civilised people of the world.

Obama makes George Bush look like the statesman of the age.

Also – in the realm of extreme churlishness from these leftist American “democrats;” They have put up screens so that tourists cannot see Mt Rushmore from the road because it is “closed down”. Pathetic! They have refused to pay death benefits to the families of soldiers killed overseas – and obama the lying sack of shit said he didn’t know until today – I knew last week and I live in Levin and don’t leave my house. They have put barriers around the national war memorial to stop veterans visiting it and it is an open-air memorial - and they are opening the National Mall to a protest in favour of illegal immigrants. . This administration in America is very very sick and it is as leftist as they have ever had. Do I think the Republicans are wonderful?
Of course not.
All over the net today - people are talking about the possibility that Obama is planning a crackdown in the USA if the debt ceiling vote does not go through. Are the Republicans that stupid and stubborn? Good chance they are. But watch the shit hit the fan if that happens. All the leftists will be able to take comfort in the fact that their guy – the guy they voted for because they wanted to prove they were not racists - is destroying their way of life and destroying “Democracy.”.

Just sayin’.
